Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.

After too much time spent in

worry,

avoidance,

and overwhelm,

you have found a reason to reach out.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Evidence-Based Therapy for Anxiety, for You.

I specialize in treating anxiety and related disorders across the lifespan. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Strengths Based Social Work Practice, I tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, helping them move toward confidence, calm, and a more fulfilling life.

It can be deeply frustrating to find the right care for yourself or your loved one, especially when anxiety or uncertainty make it hard to know what kind of support is needed.

I strive to provide clear, compassionate guidance to help you navigate the often overwhelming world of mental health care.

My goal is to make this process feel a little easier — and to offer the understanding and expertise you need to move forward with confidence.

What I offer

  • After our initial 15-minute phone consultation, we will meet for a 60-minute first session to clarify your concerns and your goals for therapy. From there, I will help you determine the approach that will serve you best, whether we continue together with weekly sessions or short-term consultation, or another resource would better support your goals.

  • Commonly referred to as CBT, this evidence-based approach focuses on shifting unhelpful thinking patterns and reducing behaviors that keep you feeling stuck. The tools we work on together are designed to support emotional relief and long-term resilience. I use CBT strategies as the foundation of our work and then tailor them with you so they fit your personality, strengths, and goals.

  • My academic studies, clinical training and extensive work with families in my career could not hold a candle to my experience of having children.

I specialize in working with parents of anxious children, particularly young adults. I enjoy working with individuals wherever you may be on your parenting journey.

The consultation format would be ideal if you are looking for as-needed sessions to address short-term parenting challenges.

  • I am able to offer virtual services to individuals in New York State and New Jersey. While this is a wonderful and convenient option for many, I know that having in-person sessions makes sense too! My office is located at 330 West 58th Street.
